“I had my 6-month cleaning appointment with my dental hygienist Barbara on May 02, 2024. During my cleaning she asked if I had a preference as to what doctor came in, no was my answer. Dr. Albite was available and did her exam. We talked a few moments and Barbara continued with my cleaning. Both ladies are great and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend Smooth Sailing Dental. Love my dentist ? and would not change it for anyone. I find this Apex office staff the best and will always love to go back. Cause isn’t the size of the office, isn’t the goodies they give you for ?? or massage chairs in it that make the service great but the staff and management of your needs correctly not how much they can get from you or your insurance like bigger dental great offices“

The staff is very nice as well. Wait room time was not long at all and making an appointment was quick and efficient. Definitely would recommend.“

“My experience was outstanding. I had oral surgery performed by a different office by an oral surgeon. Dr Schwerer saw me at a moments notice due to extreme pain. The oral surgeon who performed the extraction couldn't see for 2 weeks. Dr Schwerer’s office and staff are compassionate and dedicated professionals. His service gave me the comfort i needed after 6 weeks of total discomfort. I recommend his practice.“

“The practitioners are fantastic. The office staff need training. I just discovered that they were charging me co-pays based on insurance I do not have. I was initially charged $96 but when I questioned the charge it was discovered it should have been 1/3 of that. Now I’m wondering if I was overcharged for all my visits this year. They tried to tell me my insurance was different but I have the statements showing they had collected from my current policy. So I’m happy with the treatments but I’m not happy paying more than I’m supposed to.“
