“My family has used NisAir for our AC needs (repair, replacement, and maintenance) for almost 50 years. They have been reliable and helpful each time we’ve needed service or replacement. My latest cooling crisis of course occurred at a most inopportune time—record heat and my daughter recovering from emergency surgery. Our ten year-old compressor needed a part that was difficult to locate, so we made the decision to replace the system. Office assistant Theresa was sympathetic and helpful, sending William late in the afternoon to evaluate and estimate. He kindly spent time explaining our options and answering my questions, and he called me the next morning to let me know they could fix it that day. I was grateful for the quick response! Justin and John arrived on time and spent the entire day here. They worked diligently, cleaned up the area when they were done, and explained differences for use between the old and new system.
