Shawn Godshall and Troy Goss (driver trainers) they’re very professional, knowledgeable and relatable, they made sure that I was able to understand and apply all the rules and safety procedures to ensure that will be getting home safe everyday, they welcome us with open arms to the waste management family.Thank you for your dedication, passion and patience.
I greatly admire the friendliness of all the WM drivers and accompanying workers. I jog a lot in Ft Myers, Punta Rosa and Sanibel. I carry a "JOY" sign on my hand and every time when I'm jogging when a WM truck goes by the crew smile and joyfully wave. I always look forward to seeing them on the roads. They inspire me by demonstrating their JOY.
