Decent price, but they sometimes miss their pick up which is insanely frustrating. Every time you call you have to get transferred at least four times before they put you on hold repeatedly. Looking for other options.

***Update September2018: They finally resolved the problem.Terrible Customer service. Call several time and no one answered any calls. There was one time finally someone pick up the phone and said “could you hold please” and went straight through voicemail.We just want to call them to find out wrong charges on our bill but unable to reach anyone.
