Our house was a new build purchase but two of the sliding doors had some defects. Brought it up to the builder and they had Rice come replace them (far above what I expected). Leo and Luis A. came and had a challenging task of taking the current doors off, but their experience paid off in what I would have thought to be nearly impossible. These guys were not only skilled but very professional but very personable too (goes a long way in my book). I would highly recommend Rice if you ever need windows or doors.
Rice recently installed impact windows in our home and the entire experience from beginning to end was pleasant. The price was very competitive and the install team was professional, clean and efficient. The windows look great and more importantly, work as advertised. The house is quieter, heat gain has been greatly reduced and after a trial by fire from Hurricane Milton, they held up to the pressure and the pelting of debris. Will definitely work with Rice again.
