From the first moment Vicki answers the phone in the office till the last moment you shake Kenny LaPalitano's (Service Manager) hand as they leave you are treated with such courtesy and respect you feel as though you are working with your best friend. Their plumbers are professional, knowledgeable, hard working and pleasant. All the while they were on site you see they are a good team respectful of each other and having fun working together. The work was impeccable. Even the Ft Myers inspector commented they went further then necessary. When they said one day to complete a whole house re-pipe they weren't kidding. If you need a plumber you are in the right place at West Coast Plumbing & Water Treatment!

This company is the best in the business!! We had an old water softener system that hadn't worked properly in a very long time. They came out, assessed, and were able to get us a brand new water softener system installed within a week! The best most reasonable prices, the best service, and so reliable. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done quickly, and now we don't have yellow gross well water anymore. We couldn't be happier! You wont go wrong with using this company, and supporting a wonderful local small business!
