It is been wonderful experience with VIP America, especially with Dina, our caregiver. She is compassionate, dependable, and truly goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. Dina treated our family with kindness, patience, and respect, giving us peace of mind every day. Her professionalism and genuine concern made a real difference.

Let me first share some knowledge with people that are looking for an awesome caregiver. Zule Solari, which works for this company is an incredible woman. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty for her job description. Zule has also become a personal friend to the family and of course, my mother, which is currently in hospice care. Zule is no longer a compensated caregiver, but she still shows up and drives one hour each direction to visit my mother and comfort her with her words and kind gestures. VIP America was very easy to deal with when we were looking for care for my 90 year old mother. They were always proactive and found a replacement care giver whenever our regular caregiver was not available. Ruth, our caregiver, was very compassionate and nurturing when working with my mother who has dementia. We will certainly call them again when we return to Florida. Thank you for the great service and care.
