Let me first share some knowledge with people that are looking for an awesome caregiver. Zule Solari, which works for this company is an incredible woman. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty for her job description. Zule has also become a personal friend to the family and of course, my mother, which is currently in hospice care. Zule is no longer a compensated caregiver, but she still shows up and drives one hour each direction to visit my mother and comfort her with her words and kind gestures. It’s rare you find a human being this compassionate in the world we live in. Our entire family has the utmost respect and gratitude for this woman. VIP America was very easy to deal with when we were looking for care for my 90 year old mother. They were always proactive and found a replacement care giver whenever our regular caregiver was not available. Ruth, our caregiver, was very compassionate and nurturing when working with my mother who has dementia. We will certainly call them again when we return to Florida. Zuli Is the most compassionate and loving soul I have met in an extremely long time words can’t explain how she cares for my mom Marsee. It’s extremely rare how someone can have so much love and compassion. I love her to the moon and back. She puts a smile on my mom‘s face at all times.
