Is freaking love this place!!! They always have what i need for my stump grinder!!! Even tho its a old out dated 252 they still have what i need!! One day ill be able to walk in and full fill my 1 and only biggest dream and walk out with a new stump grinder!!!! Until then ill keep going here to get parts for my oldie ðĪŠ James's and Nikki's Tree Service LLC highly recommends this place !!!
They were extremely helpful, needed screws for a set of spikes and they were able to find the part number and get the product ordered for me within a few mins everyone in the store were super nice. I was super anxious about even going in the store but I'm glad I got over it n went inside because it was not horrible like I had imagined far from it, thank you guys so much for making my trip into the store enjoyable

I had a problem with my 362 grinder and I brought it up to Brian at Vermeer. I told him what the problem was and he started fixing it right away which I didn't expect. He and Ian fixed the problem right away and also tightened the hand controls up. They had me up and running in no time. I was able to get the machine back to my guys same day so they could finish the job. Thanks Brian and Ian for going above and beyond the call of duty. Always a pleasure to work with you all.
