My husband and I built our dream pool in Naples, North Naples for the second time with Tropical Pools and Screen company. Their sales team helped us design our pool and surroundings looking at different options like fiberglass or concrete pools. Their team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to all our ideas and concerns. Tropical Pools and Screens did an amazing job with our pool. The guys are very friendly and work very hard. From start to finish they informed us of what was next. Cleaned up everyday, the owner was there every day over seeing the job. The ladies in the office very polite and answered all questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting an inground pool

It all started when I first started researching which pool company to use for our pool. Helen and Karla were very professional and wonderful to deal with in getting our questions and concerns answered. Both of them were very responsive and made the whole process very easy. Raydel came out for a site inspection and was great about answering our questions and providing further information.
