The sewing machine technician here has always been exceedingly helpful, explains needed repairs, gives options for repairs, and provides a very high level of customer service. Highly recommend!

I brought in 3 of my sewing machines for service. They suggested that since mine were so old that I could trade 2 of them in and get 2 brand new Jerome machines for a little bit more than the cost of service. I'm going to try 1 of them out tonight. So far I'm very happy.

Got my annual maintenance done on my Oreck vacuum cleanersince I've lived here all my life at least 66 years of it we have bought Oreck full size and portable s from Tops even when we lived in Punta Gorda Florida I cant say enough about the quality of the vacumes and last year bought a hoover carpet cleaner wow are the carpets looking good. You get 5 years free maintenence they replace the brusheses and do complete maintenence on the unit. IFf you want the best full size and portable get down to Tops and if you sew the sewing machines are incredible I watch the ladies take a photo of Micky Mouse place it on the platform and the sewing machine makes an exact copy of what ever you put on the platform including photos of grand children wedding photos or just sew. They stock every vacume cleaner carpet cleaner and sewing machine you could ever want family owned locally and thats a big plus!!!!Go check it out you'll be glad you did.

Employees were willing to take the time, but the owner rudely interrupted and told me he can’t help me. When asked why and that his employee was atleast willing to help, I was asked to step outside. At that point his foul language started. I used his store once before, but will NEVER be back.

Took my machine for tune up. When I picked it up all of the attachments that were inside the machine were gone. Avoid this place.

Had to get my babylock serger checked out because it was making a weird noise and I needed to also get it serviced. They got back to me the next day to let me know the problem, which they resolved, and got the service done super fast! The service man is very knowledgeable as well. Affordable prices. My machine is back to normal. Definitely recommend!!!
