The studio is Very clean and welcoming. The instructors are very well trained and knowledgeable. It is a very relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at ease trying new poses. I’m really enjoying this studio.

I absolutely loved Yoga Nidra! I love the sound bowls. It literally has allowed me to show down, stop passing judgment on my own imperfections, manage anxiety and the aerial yoga looks amazing. I had not tried that yet. I cannot wait to go back and visit! Namaste.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 13 years and needed to find a place in the Fort Myers area while I was visiting. I was happy to find the Shiva yoga shala. Everybody is so friendly and warm. It’s a beautiful clean studio and I took a vinyasa flow class level 2 and it was challenging. My legs were shaking. I love challenging classes! I would go back in a heartbeat! Nick was excellent.
