I've been getting my standard poodle groomed here for about a year now and I cannot say enough good things about them. My energetic boy can be a handful, but his groomer Andrea allows him the time he needs to get his puppy wiggles out. He always looks fantastic and most importantly to me, he's excited to see the staff which says he's having a good time getting his hair done.

My Pomeranian gets groomed by Gabby who is the best! And he loves to stay and play in daycare, I highly recommend the Royal Paw! Everyone who works there is so wonderful and helpful, and by the way, they also have the best dog treats, I never leave without picking up a few! And the new look for ZEUS is boots with the fur?

Best place for your pets when you can't take them on vacation!!!! The staff treat them like their own. They even send pictures of them playing. Can't say enough great things about them!!!! Will continue to use their services for years to come.

Very poor customer service! And added an extra charge because they need an extra pair of hands to handle a 7 pound puppy to trim their paws. They explained it would lead into workers working OT! Give me a break! Obviously making your experience a good one is not a priority as they want the extra cash and come up with ways to do it. Be careful!

Our dog had hair everywhere as we couldn’t find a groomer in months. Finally found Gabi at Royal Paw and she did an INCREDIBLE job!! Our dog looks like he is ready to go to a contest!!! Will deff be coming back from now on. Great customer service!! Both her, and the receptionist were super sweet. Loved this spot!!!

I have been using Royal Paw since my move to Fort Myers, and always paid 100.00 for my Golden Retriever, and tip them 20-25, last appt I was charged 156.00 for the same grooming services, I inquired with the girl at the counter whom I assumed was new, and it was after Covid, and she blamed the price went up. Totally ridiculous prices. Would never go back.
