Totally impressed with Carpet One stores. My husband and I are redoing our entire flooring in our house in Wisconsin with Saindon Carpet One in Plover, WI. Since we are in Cape Coral until April we had one more decision to make while away from Wisconsin. We were a little apprehensive to visit Taylor Carpet One while here for another look at a sample board as they are not getting this sale. Well, we visited their store yesterday, worked with Elizabeth to find our sample and needless to say she was just as wonderful to work with as Tanner is in Wisconsin. Taylor Carpet One installed our new carpeting several years ago and recently we had a water issue and needed to repair a spot in the closet affected. I used to be in the flooring business, so I know a small job like this is a losing proposition because of expensive labor. None the less, they quoted me a very fair price for the return and the gentleman that completed the repair did an EXCELLENT job.
