Throughout a six year struggle with insurance companies, lawyers and roofers, I contacted a lot of roofing companies who had replaced concrete tile roofs since Hurricane IRMA in 2017. In my opinion you should hire Allard, despite anything you might have heard about any other roofer.
Allard is a small family business that uses exclusively their own employees and has plenty of experience in all types of roofing products. While replacing my roof, Craig Allard pointed out the superior products and procedures he used in comparison to a nearby neighbor's roof which was then being replaced. They offer a 12 year warranty and will keep you informed and return your phone calls and emails. Their pricing is extremely competitive and their payment terms are very fair. Craig even turned down my offer to pay him extra when he used more product at my request.
My project took eight weeks from contract signing to completion. The dry-in products were delivered in four weeks and that phase was completed over the next three days. Following City inspection, the tiles were delivered and installed over a four day period.

John came out and me got a quote. We set a date for repairs. Office cancelled our appointment without a phone call, text only and rescheduled without contacting us personally. We re-arranged our plans to make it work. Workers never showed up! I called office and they said they didn't have the materials??? Gal said she'd get back with us, never did. I called John on his phone to call me back, never did. This is the 3rd company I called to replace 3 roof vents, epoxy cracked tiles. This is the 3rd company that blew us off. Rumor has it, if you don't have a complete roof re-do, they can't be bothered.

If you ever have an issue, call Dawn. She is a solutionist. Our roof was replaced in late 2021. As for the roof, if you are looking for a testimony, ask Hurricane Ian. He couldn't lift a shingle with the winds over 130 mph for hours and we are extremely fortunate for that and in the heart of Fort Myers. Quality work, quality materials, excellent workmanship warranty, and even better people. Our family made the right decision to go with The Allard family roofing.Service: Roof installation

He couldn't lift a shingle with the winds over 130 mph for hours and we are extremely fortunate for that and in the heart of Fort Myers.
