Mr. Kareem displayed great professionalism and knowledge while performing his maintenance service. He kept me well informed throughout the entire time on all the things I as a customer needed to know in order for the unit life is prolonged. Kareem was my technician. He did a great job explaining everything in detail. I called to get an exclusive 1 time offer for $29.95 for cleaning and inspection. I ended up getting a year membership and 1 year free. It's a great deal. 4 visits or more if needed for the price of like 2 visits. I also upgraded my HVAC system a little. Kareem was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone. Don't wait until something breaks. It is all about maintaining your investment. Thank you Kareem and TSI

Called Ashley TSI after 5 Monday no AC. She called back and said would send tech Tuesday. Kareem and Adrian came in afternoon spent time figuring the problem- fuses- handler, etc. Found faulty stopper with the wires after rechecking again. They were persistent. All fixed thanks to top notch techs? and cool air. Found TSI team at Robert’s home show and sure glad we went ?. Surely recommend. Marie and Joe - Sarasota
