Summerlin Imaging Center provides exceptional service from its staff, including the front desk, who are "amazing and polite". The center is praised for being honest and helpful, with one staff member going above and beyond to assist with paperwork and doctor's office calls. The facility is also comforting for those with fears of closed-in spaces, making it a go-to destination for MRI needs.
I had my brain MRI at Summerlin Imaging Center, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. I am severely claustrophobic to the point that I can’t even be in a car unless the doors are unlocked, so MRIs are extremely difficult for me. At other imaging centers, I was made to feel like an inconvenience because I needed breaks during the scan.
Kimberly and Adam completely changed that experience. Kimberly held my hand the entire time, which meant more than I can express. This is my favorite place to get an MRI. I am very claustrophobic and their OPEN MRI is great. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I changed insurance and had to self-pay and it was very affordable. I did so because it is worth using them! I highly recommend going here!!
