I got an appointment very last minute which was really appreciated. I was offered a drink multiple timings which was thoughtful. The hair dresser that helped me was very kind and communicative. She gave me a cut tailored to my styling habits rather than just giving me the exact cut in the reference photo and I'm very glad she did!
