During my appointment about a month or so ago, two young people came into her very nice but very small suite staying awhile without wearing masks. This was very uncomfortable and scary for me as I am an older adult with conditions that if I should get this virus, I don't think I would do very well maybe even leading to death. I thought Karina understood my concern about safety as I had called and asked about how she handled covid safety concerns even before making my appoi

Been with Karina for two years now. Never had a bad turn out. She is so invested in her clients. I moved to Virginia for college and still come back to FL for her to do my hair. Get your hair done with her!!! Went from blonde to brown to blonde again. Always amazing.

Beware of coupons targeting Florida visitors. These salons aren't necessarily interested in repeat business, just one and done. My stylist, the owner of the Studio B Salon, assured me that the salon was a Redken salon and she could fulfill the Redken product and color formula I brought from my long-time Redken salon back home. Over the phone making the appointment and handing the Studio B stylist the specs, she said she understood and could provide the Redken color. When I washed my hair the next morning, I had a prominent line in my hair where she had applied the sub-standard color to my grey roots. The color was several shades lighter than expected. This has never happened to me in the 8 plus years of using Redken color. I am certain she didn't use Redken as promised. Don't trust this salon.

We purchased a gift certificate for $100 Xmas 2009. It was used in Feb and April 2010. They didn't want to honor it in April claiming it had expired. Fl Statute 501.95 indicates all gift certificates sold after 2007 can not contain an expiration date nor charge any surcharge fees. They told us the remaining $50 on the gift certificate is voided, not refunding the money. This violates the law and is an unfair business practice. Something needs to be done. They now said I would have to show an ID to use the remaining amt. Why would I do that? They already are angry that they couldn't confiscate the remaining money. I don't want a bad haircut because of their bad attitude. I should get my money back, or let anyone else use the certificate since it is the same as cash. They still refuse to give a refund. Would you like to do business with someone like that? Show your ID, they know your name.... so now get a bad hair cut ...fear of spite.. I wouldn't go back. I would however let someone else use the remainder since they wouldn't know their name, but the company refuses to allow that, which is not in the FL STATUTE!!!! If I had a Target gift card, I could give it to any friend to use it up if I so wish... It is my money prepaid for service to do with what I wish... not them!
