I had 3 electric hurricane screens installed this week. The installers were Johnny and Louis. I cannot thank them enough for the great job they did on installation and explaining the use of the product. I have 3 dogs, and they were very conscientious about the gates and doors being open. They showed up when they said they would, and made sure the jobsite was cleaned up at the end of both days. They set a high bar for other installers to compete with. Between them, and the quality of StormSmart’s products, I couldn’t be happier.

When I decided to upgrade my home with new shutters and windows, I chose Storm Smart, and I'm so glad I did. If you are expecting a timely project. I don’t recommend this company. Ordered 13 windows was told installation was going in November of 2023. Didn’t get them installed until January 2024. Plus the installers damaged one window here it is the end of March and no word on replacement
