We've been using them for years. Very efficient and as always did a great job One concern however- one of the techs wasn't wearing booties to cover his street shoes. When he started walking in my freshly cleaned carpet I asked him about it and he said he walks on clean carpet and his shoes are clean? But you walked in here off the street??. Didn't make sense to me The techs usually wear booties in all my past experiences. I am not sure of the name of the tech. Next time I'll be sure to insist they wear booties

Very friendly, courteous servicemen. We were notified when they were on their way, they arrived at the early portion of the service window. We were given the opportunity to check their work. They were very careful with our belongings. Nice job! Our area rugs look bright again and we had a couple of stains on the couch that came out! We are happy customers.
