I have been trying to get someone to help me with my rv. The only answers I could get was 3000 grand and no real answer on what to do. I called and spoke with Patrick he spent a half hour explaining things for my situation. Even though he wasn't working on it. My cost to get what I want is going to be 250 dollars.
I would say very knowledgeable and more concerned with doing what's right than lining his pockets. Highly recomend.
Clean shop. Knowledgable tech. Helpful receptionist. Completed work on schedule.Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Satisfied customer and will return in July for A/C work when parts are in.
June 2023 Update: A/C work completed after parts became available. Patrick found a problem (partial blockage/internal restriction) which I believe explains the poor functioning of our A/C (and might explain the early failure of the compressor) since the unit was new! He was persistant in finding this odd malfunction and correcting it. Cold air flowing from the dash in time for the summer heat. I will return next year for routine checkup.
RV exterior and windshield was damaged from hurricane. We got jerked around by another body shop for 5 months! Finally, we found SFRVS. Weeks later they had job complete as promised. Very nice and honest people.
