Communication was excellent. Project took longer than expected, but not surprised due to busy snowbird season. Shellie was excellent in keeping me informed of progress. Definitely will have them do work on my rig again. Repairs seem to be complete and thorough

RV Doctor has been great to work with storing our 36’ motor home in a climate controlled facility with 50 amp service. They accommodate request to pick up the rig and always have it ready to go on time. The staff, especially Rachel and Shelly are very friendly and helpful.

I had the pleasure to speak with Shellie today, her customer service was TOP NOTCH! If everyone did Customer Service like Sheliie does this world would be a better place! I enjoyed our conversation and she is a Great Example for your Company
