I was away for an extended time. I arrived at my house at 2 am on Labor Day. The ac was not working but I had more pressing issues that took the morning to deal with. I called the office and left a message. I received at text and requested emergency service. They were able to get a tech who was available that night. I chose to have them come first thing in the morning. The tech arrived first thing. She quickly diagnosed my issue. My condenser was shot. They covered the repair under warranty and had the replacement parts installed the same afternoon. ALL CONTRACTORS SHOUD BE THIS EFFICIENT. great job! Thank you
