First things first I want to start off with how amazing LeAnne and Miguel are! Me and my husband have been renting an apartment with Royal Palm for a little over a year now. Recently one of the issues we had was our air unit in the living room went out a couple months ago which was no fun. Had some trouble figuring out with maintence when it could get fixed cause i get things happen and sometimes these things need to be ordered. I called and spoke with her yesterday about my concern and less then 24 hours later she was on it and I now have a new beautiful working one!
