I can’t say enough good things! The general Manager Michael is always professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, trustworthy. Another AC company told me I needed to replace my entire system, but Michael took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, showed me pictures, and explained exactly why a new system wasn’t necessary. It ended up being a much smaller repair, which saved me a lot of money. I know this is his expectation of his entire team.

I want to say how pleased I was with this company when they came out oncall at 9pm. The technician was Andy and he was so kind and nice and friendly, great attitude. He worked fast and was happy to get to the next job! Highly recommend!
QCA of SWFL replaced my HVAC system a year ago and I am very pleased with their work. Everyone I dealt with, from office staff to installers and supervisory personnel were courteous, efficient and did excellent work, including cleanup and answered all my questions and concerns. 5 STARS in my opinion and I am happy to HIGHLY recommend QCA of SWFL to any and all potential customers. Also their followup service is thorough and very cost efficient. My home climate control is working perfectly and I have noticed, even after a few months of an empty house,
hardly ANY DUST had accumulated anywhere on furniture or table tops.
