Pure Air installed my Trane system over three years ago, and in that time the system has performed flawlessly. During the summer of '23 we saw almost three straight months of 100 degree weather here in Southwest Florida, and the system kept the house at a comfortable temperature all summer. Any small issues I have had since owning the system, Pure Air resolved quickly and professionally. I would recommend them for both installation and service.
Our AC went out at 4am today so I researched HVAC service companies. I called in the morning and the tech was there on time in the afternoon. He did an excellent job troubleshooting and fixing the problem and didn't try to tell me that the whole system needed replacement. Exceptionally pleasant receptionist and technician. This is the kind of company that you want to do business with.
