Pure Air Conditioning is a home run! My previous AC Company left the area, and left me without a service provider. While I was looking for one, my AC unit failed and I experienced $20K worth of damage, including dreaded MOLD in my house an inside the unit. Pure Air came in and saved the day, assessing the issue, and then meticulously and safely cleaning the unit and installing a pump (to avoid future flooding) and a UV light (to kill future mold). They were professional, on time and gave me back my peace-of-mind. I get my service regularly from Pure Air and can't recommend them enough!
Chris did a great job. He should me there was a problem with the temperature turn-around (air temp coming in vs air temp going out). Coils on outside unit were getting gunked up. Decided that cleaning the coils was the way to go and temps went back into normal ranges. Repair was done quickly and efficiently. I have used Pure Air for many years and have been very satisfied with there work.
We've had Pure Air Conditioning service for years. They are very responsive! The service is timely and thorough and the technicians are friendly and professional. Blaine was the most recent tech to come out and he's great! The first time Pure Air Conditioning serviced our home was an emergency call on a Sunday in the middle of summer for our tenant-occupied home. The company we were under contract with at the time (to get priority service BTW) wasn't available on Sundays.
