Their technicians, such as Tech Joel, arrive on time, keep customers informed, and perform thorough inspections. The installation crew, including Osvaldo Llanes and Armando Lago, work hard to complete jobs efficiently, even in challenging conditions. The office personnel, including Jessica, are friendly, professional, and provide excellent customer care, following up and responding promptly to needs.
A special shout-out to Gail at ProQuest who seems to manage everyone's calendar. She will do virtually anything to accommodate or reschedule a customer appointment... and always with a delightful attitude.
I’ve been a very satisfied Proquest customer for routine, preventive maintenance for 10 years. My tech today, Jose, was totally outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and took the extra time to complete an extremely thorough job. Thank you to Proquest and Jose for one of the best service experiences in the years I’ve lived in Naples.
Ended up paying for a maintenance call because it took 8 weeks to get scheduled for my semi-annual maintenance. Had to change the long awaited date for the my semi-annual maintenance due to work travel and was pushed off another 2 weeks. They appear to be short staffed.
Follow-up: I received a call from the scheduler the following morning, and my maintenance was completed that afternoon. It’s evident that the owner is committed to ensuring client satisfaction
