First and foremost, this took forever. But Premier was totally upfront about it. They told us it would take a long time. So be prepared for that.They did have to come back and fix a couple minor things but they were fast and professional about it. They actually have to send someone out to look at something this week and I’m sure it won’t be an issue.Premier staff is VERY busy but their quality is good. Had my entire pool screen enclosure replaced and the result is superb! Top quality from a friendly, knowledgeable crew at a price that was very fair. Mark went the extra mile to solve a downspout drainage issue. I am 100% pleased with every aspect of this amazing improvement to my home.

this is a wonderful caring group of people that give back to their community they are professional punctual respectful and knowledgeable the job that they did for our cat rescue was all 100% donation-based And they took care of us as if we were a paying customer it exceeded all of my expectations and I am grateful
