We are at the final inspection part of our brand new Pool Cage on our entire lanai. We went with the darker brown bronze this time, and I am very happy with it. They even gave me a bigger Gutter then I previously had, which will help ward off the rain even more ! and I didn’t even know it was available they just gave it to me 1) they have been super helpful and attentive. Can’t say enough GOOD about their customer service. They have a different person covering each aspect of the process & everyone has been amazing ! Super courteous, they always call you back. They always come to the house when they say they’re going to. It really has been a sweat free transaction for me as I’m 65 years old and don’t want to deal with much. 2) One door was accidentally put on swinging the wrong way they came back and turned it around facing the proper way swinging out and you can’t even tell that it was switched out and that’s a good thing. I didn’t even want to mention this, but they were so good about changing it out. It needs to be mentioned that they cared about what mattered to me and they came and did it. 3) All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend these guys ! 4) not bragging about myself, bragging about them. I so appreciated them. I gave each person that came to work here a tip and 2 guys left before I could tip them so I sent a tip in an envelope back to the office to make sure they knew I appreciate them !
Worked with one of the crews on a job recently. Very respectful group of guys, didn’t hesitate to lend us a bit when they heard it snapped on us! The cage they were building out looked phenomenal. Incredible panoramic panels that trump any other panoramic panel I’ve seen by other contractors in the area. Give them a call! 👍🏼
