I am very impressed with how Powerhouse does business. They responded to my on-line request within minutes and scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Emmanuel inspected the old water heater and explained many options to me so I could make an educated decision. I decided on having a new heater installed and he was able to accomplish that the same day. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
Jorge was great and got everything done professionally. However powerhouse sent an electrician instead of a plumber first in the morning which I wasn’t happy about as I specifically asked for a plumber . Once Jorge came everything great
I had called another HVAC company to repair my unit which had failed the night before. They couldn't get it running and suggested several costly repairs including replacement of my AC unit. I called Powerhouse for a second opinion and their technician, David M, was able to repair the unit with minimal cost. David came to my house within an hour, inspected the unit , detailed to me the problem and fixed it. Powerhouse will be my HVAC maintenance and repair company from now on.
