I leave these classes feeling stronger and better about myself and what I’m capable of! We use a lot of equipment that I wasn’t used to using at franchised Pilates studios. I just love the classes here. I’m moving next month but it’s a non negotiable that I’ll be driving the 30 min here at least once a week to take a class! <3“
