“This vet made me (and my cat) feel so at home and safe.
I have an elderly cat who needs iv injections. I needed to find a vet that would help me keep my baby comfortable while she finishes out her happy life. Best Friends helped me find many ways to keep her comfy and happy these days. They took care of her like she was their own. It felt really special. I’m so happy I found this place. “My husband took our 18 year old cat , Joey there for a sinus infection. Staff was very attentive and it's close to home . They also have limited Saturday hours. Receptionist was super nice in setting up follow up appointment. Anyone who has cats knows that car rides and vet appointments are traumatic but Best Friends made it just a little bit easier. Then my two young cats hissed at him when he came home because he smelled like the vet's office. A can of food later and they're over it and of course they wanted the goody bag of treats he came home with.“

“Excellent, I went with an emergency with my cat who has been a patient there for years, almost closing time and without an appointment and the doctor was very attentive and professional, and all the staff were super attentive“

“Our dog loves this "crate free" facility. It is not a posh daycare, but a friendly owner with a nice yard for dogs to roam. Dogs sleep inside on beds and he doesn't take more than a handful of dogs at a time.“

“i've had to bring my two cats there A couple of times. The staff attended to the situations in a professional , courteous and fast manner. The medication was twice the cost I would Pay if I was ordering it online, but given it was an emergency situation, she was able to be treated that same day instead of me waiting for a necessary medication delivery in the mail. I think some of the reviewers forget to consider this is an emergency room. and just like human emergency care, it is generally more costly. That said, The cost wasn't horribly bad. I would take my cat there again in a heartbeat if necessary.“

“We boarded our pup Gus at The Barker Lounge for a week, and I can’t say enough amazing things about the experience! From start to finish, they made both Gus and us feel completely at ease. What truly set them apart was their incredible “Bark Back” feature. Every day, we received adorable photos and thoughtful, personalized updates about how Gus was doing—whether he was playing with new friends, lounging in the sun, or getting some well-deserved snuggles. It wasn’t just a generic report; it really felt like they knew him and cared for him like their own. The staff is warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Gus came home happy, healthy, and maybe even a little sad to leave all his new buddies! We’re so grateful to have found a place that offers such genuine care and communication. “I've been getting my standard poodle groomed here for about a year now and I cannot say enough good things about them. My energetic boy can be a handful, but his groomer Andrea allows him the time he needs to get his puppy wiggles out. He always looks fantastic and most importantly to me, he's excited to see the staff which says he's having a good time getting his hair done.“

“We recently boarded our sweet pup for the very first time, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely at ease and walked us through what her stay would look like. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to welcome us into their care.

We loved getting the photo update of her playing outside, learning the pool-the staff was in the pool with the dogs- this was cool to see! It was clear she was having a good time- We picked her up and she was excited to see us, she looked great and healthy too!
we will be back for any upcoming trips!
