My first and only call every time. Our technician Marcello was wonderful. Quick, courteous, knowledgeable, fixed the issue and had us cooling off in no time at all. Couldn't ask for more from an AC company this time of year in Florida.

It's hard to find a trusted AC company, in Florida. But I found one and I've been very happy with Penguin, both for maintenance and repair response. Their tech, Dustin, has been my tech and he makes it a great experience. Knowledgeable, professional and great customer service. Ty, Dustin.

Marcello's the man! Called them at 7:45 A.M. Marcello here by 8:30 A.M, and by 9:00 AM cold air again!! No pressure, but I even asked and signed up for a service plan. Great job!
