They did a fantastic job on the pavers. Looks great.
We had an irrigation line rupture causing some issues. I called Paradise and they had someone there within 4 hours and the problem was fixed. The technician was extremely talented and cleaned up like new

The owner was very friendly and the company did a great job with the tile work on our pool and the coping…those aspects turned out well.

Unfortunately, we had concerns with the sealing of our pavers. During the sealing process, it began raining heavily, and work continued despite the wet conditions. The sealant used is an acrylic product, and we were later told it can be applied in rain, though we were unable to find any documentation supporting that claim.

After completion, we also noticed missing polymeric sand in several joints. We were told the sand is purely aesthetic and does not contribute to weed or joint stability, which does not align with what we’ve since learned.

This work was completed last September. Now, with the return of hot weather and rain, we are seeing numerous weeds and moss/algae growing between the pavers again. Because of the issues with sealing and joint sand, we will now need to have the work redone.

Rob worked very well with us to be sure we had just what we wanted. He reviewed exactly where we wanted the pavers, made beneficial suggestions and worked out a great plan. Rob was very knowledgeable and understood our needs and the price was very fair. We felt no pressure from Rob to proceed with the job. The installation was very precise and was performed by top notch conscientious installers. I watched them constantly measuring and correcting anything that wasn’t quite right. I was amazed that the men were so careful and precise even at the times they weren’t being constantly supervised. The job came out beautiful. We would certainly hire this company again if needed.

The owner, Rob Mumford, took one look at my project which consisted at refilling and repaving a 10 ft2 area, and explained to me what he would do and how much it would cost. His 42 years of experience in the construction business comes through in his self-confidence and his efficiency. He gave ne a quote on the spot and had me on the schedule for the next morning.
I was a bit concerned when the next morning two young men showed up, one Lucas perhaps in his mid20's and William who looked like a kid. But Lucas quickly demonstrated to me that he knew what he was doing, and William anticipated how he could help him. They were quiet but meticulous with a strong bias for taking pride in their work. Once they placed the pavers, they took the time to clean up and pick up all the debris.
I am very satisfied with the results and I will enlist Paradise Pavers again in my future projects.

Conmmunication with Rob was excellent! The crew did an amazing job with our paver driveway and walkway! They removed 40 year old concrete pad, graded the driveway, and laid pavers. We will definitely hire them again for our next project!
