Orkin has been taking care of my home for years now. Never have a problem with bugs or insects. If you are as lucky as I am and have Rodney as your Orkin man then you know not only do you get quality service but you get someone who listens and cares. Rodney is by far the most polite and considerate orkin representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.

All of the people I have had interaction with are very professional, polite, friendly. 5/2024...re termite trap inspection: Mike did the inspection. Very professional and very personable. There's a "new bug in town". He took a picture of one that I caught and is going to research it. 5/31/24 Austin was here. Nice person. Knowledgeable, (as I have found true of all the Orkin people I have met). He went the " extra mile" to deal with the new bug (which seems to be some kind of a wingless wasp) mentioned above. OrkinTech Carlos is always very prompt & professional & we see NO Bugs ever in south Florida since we called Orkin … that’s saying a lot ! We always have an every other month service at our houses & rentals & very happy with Orkin. Thank you for sending updates when your tech is in route & thanks for the peace of mind for sure we never ever see anything crawling anywhere ! Julius is excellent & very knowledgeable.
