Total rip off. I was told a pre authorization would appear on my credit card for $400 but that it would be adjusted as to the time the cleaners were there. Never received a receipt, Melissa is the office passed the buck to Myra, she never called me back. I have a 2 bedroom apartment, one room that wasn’t even being used. I feel cheated and ripped off. Stay far away-they are running a scam.

Molly Maid has been our go-to home cleaning service for years. Their professional attitude and care along with their clear respect for our space has been the backbone of their work. They are thorough and even clean areas that we would normally overlook.
