Having had multiple transvaginal ultrasounds before, I know they can often feel intrusive or uncomfortable. However, Ellie truly made this my best experience yet. She was incredibly communicative, reassuring, and so easy to talk to right from the start. Her warm personality completely put me at ease and made the entire process a breeze. I am so grateful for her exceptional care and highly recommend her!

I had turned 65 and put off getting an appointment for the requisite bone density test. A few months later, a cardiologist wanted an echocardiogram. When I called for the appointment, the staff member saw both orders. She worked cheerfully and completely at her own volition worked to get them done at the same appointment. WOW! My whole experience was greeted by cheerful people who went out of their way to make the process easier for me. When I got to the appointment, reception was aware of the two appointments, and I was processed for both. I was called for the bone density test first. As she was finishing up, the radiologist called to let the next radiologist so they would know I would be available sooner than my specified appointment time. I was fetched early. The teamwork of the office was amazing! I was in and out for two diagnostic procedures in less than one hour. Even with an afternoon appointment and a waiting room full of people, I felt well cared-for.

10/10. Would absolutely get scanned again.
An MRI is a bold choice for an amusement ride — themed around medical anxiety and delayed gratification. It’s not a ride that goes anywhere, but it feels like it’s trying to.
At one point, it sounded like I was sitting in a massage chair. I actually got excited. It didn’t massage me, of course — but the anticipation was surprisingly nice.
The real thrill came about ten minutes in, when the table shifted approximately two to three inches. It was subtle but dramatic. I appreciated the effort.
I accidentally thought of a joke halfway through, laughed, and had to redo that section. But the second time, I made sure to think about the time my grandpa died, because I really wanted to impress the technician with how still I could be after my first mistake. Hopefully she noticed.
Cost-wise, the ride is about the same as a season pass to any of the big parks up in Orlando — but the line was significantly shorter. The staff costumes were mostly doctors and nurses, which I thought was cleverly aligned with the theme. So overall, while the cost-to-benefit ratio is about even among the parks, the medical theme definitely elevates the sophistication of the atmosphere.
Anyway — No idea why this isn’t more widely publicized. Probably politics, or the influence of corporate giants like Disney and Universal. But it’s absolutely worth the drive if you think you can handle it. Also: photos are included with the entry fee.
Finally — in all seriousness — I want to thank the staff here. They were efficient, professional, and extremely kind. I’m claustrophobic and tend to get nervous at medical facilities, but they really made it easy for me.

Been there twice recently. First had X-rays and it took seven days for radiology to do a report. Has MRI on feet and over a week later still do. It have results. Told it takes as long as two weeks to get a radiologist to write a report. THATS A LONG TIME! Other company’s like Radiology Regional can have them done in two days. Please consider that if you need X-rays, CT or MRI.
