About MD Now Urgent Care - Harlem Heights, Fort Myers
MD Now Urgent Care - Harlem Heights provides a range of healthcare services, including treatment for common illnesses, injuries, sprains, strains, and broken bones. The clinic offers lab testing and vaccinations as well. It operates 365 days a year and accepts most major insurances. Patients appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially the reception and nursing team. The staff is described as professional, efficient, and caring, with detailed explanations and thoughtful care. Patients have noted positive experiences with physician Cheryl Abbott, who is seen as professional and providing excellent care. One patient mentioned that Dr. Abbott explained everything thoroughly, and another praised her for her kind and professional treatment for a dog bite. However, some reviews mention issues like long wait times, which were longer than expected, and confusion about appointment scheduling. The website currently does not clearly state that online booking is only for paperwork, not actual appointments. Despite these concerns, many patients feel the staff is attentive and that the clinic provides quality urgent care.
Frank was great explained how everything worked
Judith also great experience very nice answered all my questions
Kelly was also great and took awesome care of my wound My experience here was 100%
Frank was helpful at front desk. Judith, did a fine job taking and recording my vitals. Dr. Thomas was pleasant and took time with me to ask questions and explain a few things that might be causing my pain. All in all, a good experience. As far as the manner of the appointment system works, I was very confused. When I have an appointment at a specific time, I kinda think I will see doctor within half hour tops. My appointment was pushed out several times until I just made appointment for 8 AM the next day. That time worked perfectly. Thank you for seeing me.
