Mabry has been there for us with our new home build to installling and maintaining our generator to all our post Ian challenges. Recently, Martin R. came to do a small electrical job for us and was fantastic. Explained what he was doing on the job and very pleasant even in the heat and midges we have on Sanibel. I would highly recommend them.

Santiago from Columbia was SUPER. He explained everything quite well! Said his English wasn’t very good, but we thought otherwise 👍🏼. One thing he might have done better on ( kinda nitpicking) was cleaning up in the attic access door. ( a tenth of a point fault). So maybe a 4.9 😂
Again, 8/15/25, Santiago did our 6 month checkup. Great job and gave us great service.

I hired Mabry Brothers recently after they were recommended by the company that installed our dock. The first phone call showed me that this company was different. I spoke with Scott, who schedules the electricians. He was very courteous, asked detailed questions, and looked up the house to see photos for help judging what we would need. He ordered a part that would be needed for the first appointment. The first electrician who came out was Felipe. He installed a lamppost outside that I had been trying to find someone to install for over a year, and nobody would take the job. Felipe did a wonderful job and was extremely polite and respectful. He called me with updates and also took photos for me (the house is my mother's, and I live out of state). The lamppost looks wonderful, very plumb with its cross bars lined up parallel to the house, and he brought the wiring up to date for the lamp. He also did some smaller electrical tasks that were left unfinished by the previous electrician. I was thrilled with the work he did when I saw it in person. More recently, I called Mabry Brothers again to get help with a refrigerator outlet that had recently stopped working, and also to consider installing a Ring doorbell and smart thermostat. This time, Scott sent out Martin. Martin was also extremely polite and kind, letting me know when he was on his way and really listening to what I was wanting and giving great options. I was not able to be at the house for his appointment, but he completed all of the work extremely satisfactorily. He fixed the broken outlet, bringing it up to date, and he also installed a Ring doorbell that I had purchased. He added both adapters for the doorbell camera so that it would work at the best angle possible, without my asking. The doorbell was connected and working, but when I came out to the house later to connect to it on my phone app, the setup failed due to a power issue (according to the app). Martin worked with me over the phone and determined that a new transformer was needed in the attic since the original transformer, which the Ring doorbell connects to, was 45 years old. He came back out two days later and installed that, getting it working perfectly. He also installed an Ecobee thermostat and got it working correctly with our Ecobee account, and he installed two timer switches for lights. I am considering having Martin install other Ring devices for the house, and Martin spent quite a while with me on the phone while I was at Lowe's shopping for them, helping and advising me and trading photos back and forth to help choose just the right device. He made recommendations as to where he could install the future device, based on my preferences and goals rather than what would be easiest for him. These guys at Mabry Brothers are not afraid of hard work. I couldn't ask for a better electrician than I received with Martin and before that, Felipe. I'm a very satisfied customer and will continue to use Mabry Brothers in the future.
