My husband CRASHED my computer- SOOO many data files on it- YIKES! And Backblaze did NOT back the most recent info as the hard drive had failed. (In spite of them emailing me everything was backed up weekly- not!) SO LUCKY we found this place!! He did amazing things- put in MANY hours to rescued my data - Amazingly, he got it all back! Replaced the hard drive, we are EVER so grateful!... and hubby is OUT of the doghouse after a week! THANK YOU!
David was able to restore all of my wife's research and scanned photo files from her crashed computer because of SSD hard drive failure. He replaced the SSD hard drive, and the computer runs like new. David is able to explain the technical details in a non-techy person can understand.
