I came in with some rough nails and she did absolutely amazing. And she educated me on proper nail care. I am beyond happy with my nails and I will not be going anywhere else from now on ! Super friendly and does exactly what you ask for. She even put her own twist on my design to look even better than I pictured ! Thank you so much !

I have been to a few nail techs in Fort Myers, But Joyann really goes out of her way to provide customer service. She had amazing soft music in the back, the area was clean and comfortable. And she takes her time and listening to what the client wants, while providing what the client needs. I will definitely give her, her flowers because she did amazing with my nails.

Love, love, love her. Very creative, professional and caters to her customers. It’s always a vibe with her when getting my nails done. I’m usually there for therapy but she thinks I’m there to get my nails done ?. She takes her time with you. She is definitely who she thinks she is. That girl.
