Jeff's Pool And Spa Service.

Ok. So. I moved to the area and now own a pool that is rapidly turning green. It is the middle of summer and we still have 10 plus weeks to enjoy it if we can get it turned around. I asked my realtor who I need to talk to get it figured out and she sent Jeff's with really no second option. It wasn't the easiest getting ahold of them even in business hours hence the removal of a star. If they were better at answering the phone it would be a solid 5 stars. Once I got into the store and built a relationship with the staff they were very helpful. Without even having someone out to look at the pool in person (I just showed them pictures on my phone) we were able to test the water and whole the pool back to health. They were able to teach me the basics of keeping a pool with my 5-8 visits to the store. I ended up getting a couple "one time cleans" by a professional to make sure it was good. They have a service plan that seems to be a reasonable amount at $45/week. I haven't done that yet. The other reason I took a star off was there was a misunderstanding (admittedly partially my fault but I was ignorant to the process) about getting some service to the pool and getting everything checked out but it is a different department from a different city that handles certain things and not the store I frequent in St. Mary's. All in all, they do a very good job with all your pool needs. Pool stuff (chemicals and nets, etc.) is cheaper other places but it doesn't come with professional advice and water testing. I like the folks there and I think it is mostly worth it. Find the balance.
