I had a great experience at JCPenney thanks to Kent. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He took the time to assist me and made me feel valued as a customer. I truly appreciate his help and would gladly shop there again because of him.

I found too much to buy! I had a hard time, but it was because of my mobility, not Penney’s fault. I shopped too long, and when I was ready to check out, I hobbled to the cash registers at the exit near where I’d parked to find it was closed! Had to make my way painfully to the other exit and call “my guy’ to drive around and pick me up!

I was in there.i went back for the second time and went upstairs . That part of the store should be downstairs. A lot more of a selection with clothing.
yesterday and store is really junky. Is there anywhere else u can use pennys gift card
