We have come a few times to this barbershop. My teenagers liked to see Angel because he would cut their hair the way they wanted. Twice now he has texted us last minute and cancelled our appts. Don't have yourself available for online booking if you aren't planning on working that day! Poor business practices!!! Won't go back.

Had an appointment this morning at 11 for a haircut. I was told ally forget to set her alarm. If you have to set your alarm to get up for an 11 am appointment there’s a problem. The guy sitting next to me was waiting 30 mins for his person to show up and he said the same thing happened before for him. Not sure how this place makes it but they lost a customer with me.

Update March 2025 I have made two appointments with Ally and Ani. Both time neither showed up nor sent me a text/call telling me they weren’t coming. These were middle of the day appointments. They’ve lost a client forever.
