She has been with Family First Homecare since they first opened the first office. The owner Doug Drabina is an absolutely rare, compassionate wonderful, man with a huge heart for Heaven right through the end. He is always there for me communication wise as well as in other ways. He always listens to me Doug is an amazing passionate person who truly cares about his clients Jennifer Strawder Lang is right up there for me and my daughter Heaven as well. The nurses Heaven has permanently are a 10 ?☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Godsend including that they make sure they keep her safety and happiness of my child & family first. no pun intended They have been with us through the good and the bad times the roller coaster rides we have fought valiantly through. The on-call after hours manager Melissa is the bomb. They listen to all of your concerns. Also about How you feeling about a nurses care. or If a problem sadly arises they communicate with me Ensuring my daughter's safety & happiness comes first. Sometimes Sadly when you have a child who becomes ventilator dependent. it's become a little bit harder to find the right nurse to care for my daughter overnights. They do their best to staff your shifts. Night shifts were harder for us but the days were always filled with a one of a kind, amazing empathetic, strong, Compassionate, rare loving loving nurse named Lilly. For years now she Has diligently been working with my daughter Heaven. She kept me on the right path. Two other nurses lavette and Marcus they were in the battlefield for Heaven too and they never gave up or gave in regardless of the circumstances. “Update : 3 months later, we are still happy we have this team as our sons caregivers! Even when the nurses can't be here, others pull together to cover shifts!

This review is long over due!!!

Constant call offs by nurses and no help and the staff here are blamed, wrong! I see some say they are horrible, how, they go above and BEYOUND for our family!

I blame the lazy ones, the nurses that call off with no timely notification in consideration people have work to as caregivers to pay bills and live!
This agency has to call and sometimes it takes hours to cover but, they cover every time a nurse is willing to work to cover. If a nurse isn't willing, its not their fault, we all have lives to live!

With all that said... the best of the best! This team!

We faught hard to have this agency as our main nursing agency! The staff go above and BEYOUND for my family, I appreciate them for the endless calls to cover, the apologies when they can't and even coming to help when no one agrees to pick up the shift.

We appreciate remembering we are people and not just another dollar for the company to make, we are their family too!

They are my team for our son! They have so many good nurses just a few bad ones and zero tolerance with leaving a one without care.

They have hired many times just for us! I truly appreciate this agency!

If it wasn't for Johnathon & Jacob we would be left with zero help. They have came and helped when they didn't have to. They have made sure we are ok and our son. Along with so many nurses that have came and helped from far away just to cover a shift, even if it was half a shift. They work so hard to make sure we are not buring out as caregivers!

Nurses call off, they work hard to correct as fast as someone will say, yes, I will go there. Not their fault if nurses call off! As a care giver, I have to remind myself from tiime to time! They didn't call off they didn't quit, they put in the over time to help!

Yall are truly a good team and we appreciate yall!

Need a great nursing agency, call them! They will do everything in their power to provide care!
