Lauren was great. Super helpful on talking through what she was planning to do and made sure to give the haircut I was wanting. Super personable person who does great and precise work.
Always going beyond, Lauren makes me feel comfortable and cuts my hair to the latest styles, and her warm face towel massage after washing my hair is the best ever. Always happier when I leave over when I arrived, a must-do experience.
