Our lot presented a unique challenge—it was approximately 150 feet wide at the street but narrowed to just 30 feet at the back along a small lake. As the last home in an established community it also brought other challenges as well. Despite this, Mark Harden did an excellent job of designing exactly what we wanted. Harden has been working with me on the design and construction of my first custom home and I couldn’t be happier! I have nothing but great things to say about them, Mark is incredibly experienced in our local area which was important to me since I had a few requests that weren’t typical for builds in this area (things like spray foam insulated attic, cargo trusses at each attic entrance, exhaust vents inside the showers, and a make up air vent integrated into the range hood). Nothing crazy but stuff that it was great to have someone with experience walk me through options and pros/cons. The pricing was very reasonable as well. The team at Harden took our vision and turned it into reality. They built the custom home of our dreams, and we couldn't be happier! The home building process can be stressful and frustrating but Mark, Matt, Blake, and the rest of the team were with us every step of the way making sure we got exactly what we wanted. I can't recommend Harden enough if you're looking for a builder with honesty, integrity, and an attention for detail.
