I was visiting from out of town and booked a massage here. The experience was great from walking into the door with intake and outtake by Hannah. My therapist Karla was awesome and I walked away feeling very relaxed with less muscle tension.

My wife bought us massages here for our Anniversary. I had never had one so I didn't really Know what to expect. It was absolutely wonderful from the friendly staff to the massage itself. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Always a great experience. I have been going to Hand and Stone Fort Myers for a few years now. My monthly facial with Dana always leaves my skin calm and restored. She is the best. Katie at reception always greets me by name. Very friendly and professional. Both ladies are great assets to hand and stone. Well done ladies.

When you buy a service that’s listed as one hour the service should last that amount of time. I have a package and not one service has ever lasted as hour. 40 min at best, sometimes 30 when the therapist is running over from the other clients. Bought a gift card for my daughter, they took her in 15 min late and was done way early but they needed to get back on track. Added dermaplaning to a facial and it was an extra $100, but service was not extended, so paid for a facial that was 30 min because the add on took 30 min. Carmen is an excellent masseuse and would go back for her. And when I did complain twice no action was taken.
