Jared, our project manager, was organized, responsive, and proactive in solving every challenge. Mario, our on-site supervisor, ensured everything was done correctly, safely, and to high standards while coordinating vendors and subcontractors effectively.
Lerin and Teely as owners, were consistently supportive and stepped in whenever needed, going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even beyond the scope of work.

Lerin Byrd and her entire team at GCG Construction epitomize excellence in their field. We hired them to build this very detailed and complex project, and they handled the immeasurable curve balls and changes with detailed and efficient execution. Lerin and her team are organized, detailed, tough, and fair. It is a rarity in our business to find GC's who are excellent at all four levels (Ownership involvement, estimating, Project Management, and onsite Super-Intendants). Andrew and Lee were excellent in their capacity as P.M. and S.I. and the steady and measured involvement of Lerin as owner helped deliver as nice of a retail project as exists in the Estero area.
